Delivery Options

All physical gift cards are sent via Royal Mail. The delivery service depends on your total order value.

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. Delivery to Northern Ireland or international addresses is not available.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 8:00am, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 8:00am, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. These are estimated timescales and may vary due to Royal Mail service conditions.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a dispatch notification when your gift cards have been sent. Tracking references are not provided.

Sending Gift Cards to Someone Else

You can have your gift cards delivered directly to someone else at an eligible address in England, Scotland or Wales.

Only one delivery address per order is supported. To send gift cards to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your gift cards haven't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please email vouchers@aldi.co.uk with your order number so our team can investigate.
