ALDI Gift Card Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase physical ALDI Gift Cards through this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Placing an Order

Our website will guide you through the steps required to place an order. You will have an opportunity to check your order and correct any errors before submitting it.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will let you know and any payment taken for the affected order will be refunded.

3. ALDI Gift Cards

The use of ALDI physical Gift Cards is subject to ALDI's separate Physical Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

You can view the current Gift Card Terms and Conditions on the main ALDI website at vouchers@aldi.co.uk to confirm receipt and request activation.

9. Cancellations and Returns

You may have a statutory right to cancel an online order, including a right to change your mind within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please see our Return and Refund Policy for information about cancellations, returns and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Gift Card is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or different from what you ordered, please email vouchers@aldi.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

11. Fraud and Misuse

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity, misuse or a breach of these Terms.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

If an event outside our control causes a significant delay, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect and will contact you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery are not affected.

13. Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are published and will not retrospectively change the terms applying to an order already placed.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law.

If you live in England or Wales, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring legal proceedings in either Scotland or England and Wales as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
